Creating a New Individual Member

Steps to Create a New Individual Member

  1. Navigate to your WordPress Admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Membership > Individual Memberships.
  3. Click on Create New Membership.

Enter Membership Details

If the user exists in the database, search using their name or email and select the user. If an existing user is selected, all fields will be dynamically populated from their contact profile. If the user does not exist, enter their details to create a new record in the CRM. This ensures their information is stored correctly for future reference.

  • First Name (Required)
  • Last Name (Required)
  • Email Address (Required)
  • Phone Number

Enter Billing Information

  • Country
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2 (Optional)
  • City
  • Postcode

Assign a Membership Plan

  1. Under the Memberships section, select the Membership Plan from the dropdown list.
  2. Choose a Start Date (must be today or in the past, cannot be future-dated).
  3. Leave the Next Payment field blank (this will be automatically managed by the system based on membership settings).

Order Status & Payment

  • If payment has already been received, check the Order Status box to mark the order as paid.
  • If left unchecked, the system will create a pending order, and the user will receive an email with payment instructions.

Finalise Membership Creation

Click Create Membership to finalise the process.
