Updating Individual Members’ Details

Important Note

This process is for updating user details only and does not include changes to memberships, subscriptions, or order details.

Steps to Update Individual Membership Information

  1. Navigate to your WordPress Admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Membership > Individual Memberships.
  3. This page provides an overview of all individual memberships in your database, including:
    • Member #
    • Member Name
    • Plan Name
    • Membership Since
    • Next Payment Date
    • Subscription Status
  4. This list can also be filtered based on membership plans and statuses.
  5. Select the individual member whose details you wish to update.
  6. Depending on the type of information to be updated, choose the relevant section:

Components of Managing Individual Membership Details

  1. User Details
    • Manages login credentials and billing details.
    • Used only for account access and financial transactions.
    • Includes:
      • Username & Password (if applicable)
      • Billing Address
      • Payment Methods
  2. CRM Contact Details
    • Contains all other relevant member information.
    • Used for organisational records and custom data storage.
    • Includes:
      • Contact Information (Phone, Address, etc.)
      • Custom Fields related to the organisation
      • Communication Preferences

Use Cases

  • Updating login or billing details? Use the User Details section.
  • Updating any other personal or membership-related information? Use the CRM Contact Details section.

Finalising Updates

  1. Review all modifications.
  2. Click Save Changes to ensure updates are applied correctly.
