PCI compliance refers to adherence to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), which are a set of security standards created by major credit card companies (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) to protect against credit card fraud. The standards are intended to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

The PCI DSS includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. This includes, but not limited to, regular security assessments, monitoring and testing of networks, and implementation of strong access control measures.

Licensing is not based on records or users in most cases.

We understand that associations vary  greatly in the structure of membership and we provide licenses at the organisation level, with generous allocations for storage, hosting and patching included.  

Additional modules or services may have a user licence or product licence.

Depending on your contract term and you can upgrade at any time. Downgrade of plan is also available back to your standard plan within the terms of your service contract.

While we don’t offer a discount for non-profit organisation. We do regularly donate to non-profits organisations.

Enterprise software such as agend is aimed at professional associations, industry advocates and groups who have a medium through to large membership base. 

Depending on your selected plan, monthly or annual plans are available.

Generally annual in advance terms for your service provides the most cost effective option. Discounted rates can also be negotiated for multi year contracts.
