
To help you track and manage your SLA hours and project progress, we’ve introduced
TeamWork Projects, our project management platform. Here, you’ll find:
- SLA Budget Summaries
- Current support status (and ongoing projects)
- Relevant files and more
If you’re not yet set up in TeamWork Projects and would like access, please contact us at
support@agend.com.au.
Accessing the Portal
Logging in
- Go to the Teamwork Project Login page.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Click Log In to access the portal.
Default View
Upon logging in, you will land on the ‘My Projects’ page, where all your active projects are
displayed.
Navigating Your Client Portal
Select a Project
- On the ‘My Projects’ page, click on the project you wish to explore (e.g., Block of
Hours, Maintenance or Support Desk).
Explore Support Details
Use the top navigation menu within your selected project to access the following sections:
- Dashboard: Get a comprehensive overview of your support/projects.
- Finance: View budget details, retainer history, task list budgets, expenses, and notifications.
- List View: See tasks organised in a detailed list format.

- Files: View or upload relevant project files
Note: Your SLA Budget Summaries will be uploaded under ‘Files’. You will receive an email notification
when they are available.
- Links: Access links shared by the team, such as websites, Google Drive, and more.
- Table View: See tasks in a structured table to easily track progress.
Additional Sections (if configured by your Project Manager)
- Milestones: View and monitor key project milestones.
- Board: Visualise and organise tasks with columns and cards.
- Forms: Complete forms to provide project-related information (e.g., user permissions, access requests).
- Notebooks: Add or view project notes, ideal for capturing meeting notes and important details.
- Messages: Read or send messages to project team members.
- Comments: View comments from the Project Manager or developers related to specific tasks.
