Objective
The objective of this tutorial is to guide you through the process of manually removing or cancelling a contact’s membership in your Agend AMS.
Key Steps
- Access WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard to begin the process.
- Navigate to CRM Contacts
- Go to the CRM contacts page within your WordPress dashboard.
- Use the search bar in the top right corner to find the specific contact needing membership changes.
- Alternatively, select the contact from the contact page.
- View Active Subscription
- On the CRM contacts page, locate the contact’s active subscription number under the membership card.
- Open the subscription in a new tab for further editing.
- Update Subscription Status
- On the subscription page, change the subscription status from active to cancelled.
- Click on the “update” button on the right side of the screen to save the changes.
- Confirm Membership Cancellation
- After updating the subscription, refresh the CRM contact page to see the changes.
- Verify that the user’s individual membership status has been successfully changed from active to cancelled.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to make changes to contact memberships.
- Double-check the contact details and subscription status before making any changes.
Tips for Efficiency
- Use the search bar to quickly find the contact needing the membership update.
- Keep track of the changes made by noting down the contact’s previous membership status.
