Updating Group Membership Information

Manage Group Memberships: Get a quick snapshot of group membership details like account name, account manager, current membership tier, number of seat allocations, view current members assigned to the membership, and add/remove members.

Updating Group Information

To update information such as the group/company name, edit existing group admin details, or change the admin, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your WordPress Admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Membership > Group Memberships.
  3. Use the search function to find the group you would like to manage.
  4. Select the group from the search results.
  5. Click on Update Group to perform the following actions:

Editing Existing Group Information

  • Update the group/company name or modify details of the current group admin as needed.

Saving the Changes

Once you have made the necessary updates, click on Update Group to save the changes.
