Our latest update allows you to filter contacts by membership type, making it easier to find and manage them based on tiers (e.g., Individual, Student, Retired, Corporate, etc.). To try it out, go to CRM > Contacts and find the “Filter Contacts” button on the top left. Click on the filter icon and type “Membership Type AMS” to get started.
Tip: You can use this feature to filter for other data sets (i.e., Membership status) and then use the ‘More actions’ button to bulk edit, export, broadcast, add to a funnel, or delete contacts as needed.

1. From your dashboard, go to CRM > Contacts.
2. Click Filter Contacts > Add a Filter. Enter ‘Membership Type AMS’ and choose your desired group membership category from the dropdown list.
3. Select [Show ‘x’ Contacts]. We recommend saving any frequently used filters for easy access.
4. Use the More Actions button to edit, export, broadcast, add to a funnel, or delete the selected contacts.
