Once logged in, your admin interface will display the WordPress Dashboard with the main navigation panel on the left. This menu gives you access to all core website content areas and key AMS modules used for day-to-day management of your organisation.
Below is a breakdown of each section for internal use.
Core AMS Modules #

View and manage contact records, track engagement, apply tags, log activity, and access full contact histories. - Membership
Manage individual and group memberships, including status changes, renewals, expirations, onboarding stages, and access control. - E-Commerce
Manage your online store (if applicable), including product categories, digital resources, or merchandise. - Products
Create and manage products for sale, membership products, event tickets, publications, or merchandise. - Analytics
View reports on site performance, engagement, sales, or CRM activity depending on your AMS configuration. - Marketing
Access tools for coupon creation and management.
Website Content Management #
- Pages
Static pages like About, Contact, and Membership Info. These are your main content sections. - Posts
News updates or blogs. Posts can be categorised by topic and displayed dynamically. - Media
Upload and manage images, documents, PDFs, and other media files for pages, posts, or emails. - Forms
Manage contact forms, event registration forms, feedback, and custom applications. - Resources
Manage downloadable resources such as publications, templates, teaching materials, etc.
Event & Ticketing Tools #
- Events
Create and manage events, including CPD sessions, webinars, or conferences. Set event details, capacity, and visibility. - Tickets
View and manage ticket types, bookings, and attendee information. Integrated with the CRM for tracking.
Website Design and Layout #
- Elementor
Drag-and-drop visual editor used to design and edit pages. - Templates
Saved layouts or blocks are used to streamline page design using Elementor. - Essential Addons
Additional widgets and design elements are available in Elementor. - Appearance
Customise menus, widgets, and site-wide styling settings (generally only needed for deeper layout edits).
User and Site Settings #

View and manage site users. Assign roles like Administrator, Editor, Member Manager, etc. - Settings
Core WordPress settings such as time zone, site name, and email configurations (do not modify unless advised). - Tools
Import/export tools, backups, and other utilities (use with caution or as directed).
