Keep your event attendees informed with our new automated Event Notifications feature. You can set up reminders to be sent at customisable intervals, like the example above, which shows a notification will be sent two days before an event.
How to Enable:
1. Go to CRM > Event Notifications in your Agend AMS dashboard.
2. Toggle the setting to ‘Yes’ to activate notifications.
Tip: Before configuring your notification schedule, make sure to have your email ready to send. We’ve added a quick link in the event notification section to assist.
3. Configure your notification schedule:
- Count: Enter the number of days or hours (e.g., 2).
- Interval Type: Select Days, Hours, etc.
- Interval Mode: Choose whether the reminder is sent Before or After the event.
- CRM Email: Create and select the email template to be sent.
