Event Notifications

Keep your event attendees informed with our new automated Event Notifications feature. You can set up reminders to be sent at customisable intervals, like the example above, which shows a notification will be sent two days before an event.

How to Enable:

1. Go to CRM > Event Notifications in your Agend AMS dashboard.

2. Toggle the setting to ‘Yes’ to activate notifications.

Tip: Before configuring your notification schedule, make sure to have your email ready to send. We’ve added a quick link in the event notification section to assist.

3. Configure your notification schedule:

  • Count: Enter the number of days or hours (e.g., 2).
  • Interval Type: Select Days, Hours, etc.
  • Interval Mode: Choose whether the reminder is sent Before or After the event.
  • CRM Email: Create and select the email template to be sent.
