Agend

CRM-connected Membership Platform

Keep your CRM. Add everything membership needs.

Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Zoho can keep doing the work your team already trusts them to do. Agend becomes the governed membership hub and system of engagement, connecting that data to the experiences those CRMs were never built to provide.

A governed connection between your CRM and AgendSalesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot and Zoho CRM share agreed data with the Agend membership hub. Agend then powers the connected member portal, websites, events, learning, community and workflows.

A CRM is not the member experience

The problem is not your CRM. It is everything forced around it.

General-purpose CRMs are valuable because they do their own job well. The trouble starts when every membership need becomes another custom object, portal project or point-to-point sync.

The member journey becomes a development project.

Portals, learning, events and renewals get rebuilt inside a general-purpose CRM instead of arriving as connected membership products.

Every specialist tool grows another member list.

The LMS, events platform, directory and community each know a slightly different version of the same person.

People become the integration layer.

Staff reconcile exports and members repeat information because their history stops at every system boundary.

One member · clear ownership

Authority follows the work.

The connection is governed by domain and field ownership. CRM-owned data remains authoritative there. Agend-owned engagement stays native to Agend. Agreed shared fields can move both ways, with reconciliation and visible exceptions preventing silent drift.

Owned

Each field has a named authority.

Shared

Agreed changes can move both ways.

Explainable

Reconciliation and audit history show what moved.

Salesforce

Sales, accounts, sponsorships and partnerships stay authoritative in Salesforce.

Agend owns the membership operations and experiences around them.

Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 can remain the full member system of record.

Agend becomes the fast, specialised membership engagement layer.

HubSpot

Marketing, pipelines and campaign activity stay authoritative in HubSpot.

Agend contributes the membership, learning, event and community context.

Zoho

Authority is agreed around the way your Zoho implementation already works.

Agend adds the shared membership hub without flattening your existing model.

Three ways to adopt · not a maturity ladder

Coexistence is a choice, not a compromise.

These are choices, not a maturity ladder. A connected organisation can stay bridged for as long as that remains the right architecture.

Bridged

Keep the CRM in charge.

The existing CRM keeps the domains it owns. Agend supplies the membership hub and experiences around it.

Progressively migrated

Move only what earns the move.

Shift a domain into Agend when the specialist product is the better operational home—not because the architecture forces it.

Agend-native

Start with one platform.

For organisations without a CRM investment to preserve, Agend can hold the member record from day one.

Dependable by design

Connected should still mean controlled.

The point is not to move every field everywhere. It is to make the right data available to the right experience, with ownership your team can explain.

Field ownership

Systems do not silently overwrite each other's data.

Scoped access

Each experience reads and changes only what it is allowed to.

Resilient connection

Temporary outages do not have to become broken member experiences.

Audit history

Your team can trace what changed and where it came from.

Fair questions

Asked by every buying committee.

Does Agend replace Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Zoho?
Not unless replacing it is the right choice for you. Agend is built to coexist with an existing CRM, preserve the domains it already owns and add the membership products around it.
Which system owns which data?
We agree authority by domain and field. Salesforce may own sales and account data, HubSpot marketing activity, or Dynamics the complete member record. Agend owns the membership and engagement domains assigned to it.
Can changes flow back to our CRM?
Yes. Agreed shared data can move both ways. The design uses explicit ownership, reconciliation and visible exception handling rather than allowing either system to overwrite the other indiscriminately.
Do we need every Agend product?
No. Start with the experiences that solve a real gap. The products share the same membership hub, so more can be added without creating another disconnected record.
Can we migrate more into Agend later?
Yes, but migration is a choice rather than the destination. Move a domain when Agend is the better home, or keep the connected model indefinitely.
Is this a standard integration or a scoped implementation?
The architecture and connector pattern are established. We scope the systems, objects, field ownership and member journeys around the way your organisation actually operates.
