Your process, mapped into a member journey.
Membership work is full of processes nobody has ever drawn: the renewal chase, the onboarding fortnight, the event that needs three systems to agree. This canvas takes one of them and shows it back to you as a member journey — every step matched to something that would run it.
How it works
- 01
Draw it, or photograph it
Sketch the process on the canvas the way you would on a whiteboard — boxes, arrows, handwriting. If it is already on a whiteboard, import a photo and it is transcribed into editable shapes.
- 02
Map it
Your sketch is read as a member journey: the trigger, the waits, the decisions and the steps in between, in the order you drew them.
- 03
See what would run it
Each step is matched to a real Agend capability and badged live, beta or roadmap, so you can tell what exists today from what is planned. Your process comes first; how Agend would strengthen it comes second.
Journeys to start from
The canvas opens with four common membership processes already drawn. Pick one, edit every step to match how your team actually runs it, then map it — or clear the canvas and draw yours from scratch.
- Member onboarding
- Welcome a new member and get them started
- Renewal reminder
- Chase a renewal, with a branch for those who don't
- Win-back lapsed member
- Re-engage someone whose membership has lapsed
- Event follow-up
- Follow up with attendees after an event
What the badges mean
Every step in a mapped journey carries the maturity of the capability behind it, because a diagram that quietly mixes what exists with what is planned is worse than no diagram.
- Live
- Running in production for Agend customers today.
- Beta
- Built and in use, but still being proven with a small number of teams.
- Roadmap
- Planned, not built. If your journey depends on one of these, that is the conversation to have before anything is committed.
Common questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. There is no signup, no account and no card. Draw a process and map it.
- What happens to my sketch?
- It is sent for mapping and returned to you. You can share the mapped journey with a link if you want a colleague to see it, and the canvas is yours to redraw as many times as you like.
- Is this the actual product?
- It is a mapping tool, not the workflow builder. It shows how a process you already run would be expressed as an Agend member journey, including where the capability is not built yet.
- What if my process does not fit?
- That is worth knowing too. Anything the mapper cannot place is a real question to bring to a walkthrough, and the honest answer is more useful than a diagram that pretends.
