Improvements

• Add a check to the Eway payment card entry screen to check that the CRM invoice still exists at that point. Helps avoid issues if a user abandons the process on the payment screen and returns some time later.
• Allow restricting some Gravity Forms to editing by iugo staff only to prevent breaking of Agend functionality through form modifications.

Bug fixes

• Prevent an “Unable to find invoice” ticket and order note, when the payment_complete hook fires twice after us already updating the payment on the CRM invoice successfully.
