Manually Changing Membership Next Payment Date


To manually change the next payment date of a user in your Agend AMS via the CRM.

Key Steps

  1. Access WordPress Dashboard
    • Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Locate User in CRM Contacts
    • Go to CRM contacts in your dashboard.
    • Use the search box to find the user needing an update.
  3. Select User Profile
    • Click on the user’s contact profile.
  4. Open Membership Subscription Link
    • In the contact profile, under the membership card, open the membership subscription link in a new tab.
  5. Adjust the Next Payment Date
    • Change the next payment date on the schedule to the desired date.
  6. Update Subscription
    • After making changes, click on the update button.
  7. Verify Changes
    • Once the membership subscription is updated, verify that the next payment date has been changed.
    • Check the CRM’s contact profile to ensure the update is reflected.
